Is ShopMate free?
Yes. ShopMate is free to build and share shopping lists. A one-time $1.99 Pro unlock adds power-user features, and an optional Pro+ tier adds geofenced store reminders. There is no subscription.
How does sharing a shopping list with family work?
You share a list over a private, anonymous link — no accounts and no personal info. Everyone you share with sees changes in real time, so the whole household is shopping from the same list. It's the same Family that links ShopMate with PackMate.
Does ShopMate work offline and without an account?
Yes. ShopMate is private by design: your data stays on your device and no account is required. Optional services like list sharing and store reminders use the network only when you turn them on.
Can ShopMate remind me when I'm at the store?
Yes, with Pro+. Save your regular stores and ShopMate sends a geofenced reminder when you arrive with unbought items still on a list. Location is used only on your device to power the reminder; nothing is uploaded.
Is ShopMate on iPhone or the App Store?
ShopMate is coming soon to both Google Play and the App Store. The iOS launch is held up in Apple's company-registration process, which is on Apple's side, not ours.
